    How progress is saved and what to do if it doesn't stick.

    Progress saves automatically at the end of each lesson. If a lesson doesn't seem to save, ensure the rider stays connected until the lesson completes, then refresh the module page.

  • Module quizzes and review

    Quiz attempts, review mode, and retakes.

    Riders may retake a quiz after completing the review flow. Retakes unlock once review is finished; refresh the page if the retake button appears locked.

  • Final exam

    What to expect from the final exam.

    The final exam covers the full course. Remediation is provided automatically for missed topics. Riders may retake after remediation is completed.

  • Accessibility

    Motion, contrast, captions, and text-size preferences.

    Accessibility settings live in the rider dashboard. Choose motion, contrast, transcript, and text-size preferences to fit your rider.
